Wow! This one has it all! Full Garmin Avionics, Factory Air and only 1448 total time! The engine was 
overhauled by Premier Aircraft Engines with new Millennium Cylinders and only has 693 hours! The prop 
was replace with a new three blade Hartzell when the engine was overhauled. It has a G600 with synthetic 
vision and autopilot interface being installed at this time along with an MD4300-411 Standby Electric 
Attitude Indicator and the EDM-930 Digital Engine Monitor System! This is paired up with a GNS530W and
GNS430W. Both WAAS! All this in a new single piece all metal panel too! The WX500 Storm Scope and 
GDL69 DataLink both display on the G600, 530 and 430. The GTX330 Transponder has the Traffic Information
System which displays aircraft targets on the G600, 530 and 430. The KFC200 AP/FD is coupled to the 
G600 HSI. It has the B&C standby alternator too! The MD4300-411electric attitude indicator also has a 
battery backup.! The JPI EDM-930 fuel totalizer talks to the GPS system to give you fuel to the active 
waypoint info and eliminates all the old engine gauges. It has GAMI injectors for proper fuel flow to each 
cylinder. The paint was done 1/01 and still looks new. The interior was done 3/01 and is all leather with a new
fabric headliner. The aircraft had a gear retraction on rollout which damaged the gear doors and some gear 
parts but did not get into the airframe at all. The engine, prop, paint, interior and avionics were all done after 
the gear retraction. This is the best F33A available! There is nothing left to do to this one but FLY!!!
